COMMERCIAL SPEECH AND THE FIRST AMENDMENT: Creeping Commercial Speech

June 5, 2017

New York, NY

8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Please join us for a conference on the pursuit of a definition of commercial speech, and a multi-faceted look at how the absence of a coherent definition impacts the protections that the First Amendment affords the content creation community, creativity in advertising, and other areas of corporate speech.

Space is limited for this Conference. We anticipate a waiting list, so please do not register if you do not think you will actually attend.

If you find that you cannot attend, please let us know ASAP. Again, we anticipate a waiting list.

If you decide to send a colleague in your place, let us know ASAP so that we can put them on the list for entry to the building.

Funding Provided by: Avvo Inc., Cooley LLP, Davis Wright Tremaine LLP, Fox Rothschild, Frankfurt Kurnit Klein & Selz PC, Fox Rothschild, and Levine Sullivan Koch & Schulz, LLP

CLE: Application for New York accreditation of this program is currently pending.
