Pascalle Burton is a poet and performer with an interest in conceptual art and cultural theory. Projects include UN/SPOOL (with Nathan Shepherdson), 24 Hour Gym (with Tessa Rose), and performing in the band The Stress of Leisure. Her work has appeared in journals and anthologies, such as Australian Book Review, Australian Poetry Journal, Clan Analogue, Contemporary Australian Feminist Poetry, Overland, Sod and V+L-A=K. For more information, visit https://pascalleburton.wordpress.com/.

Mckisko balances dappled fragility with bright-lit imagery and clear-eyed intention. She has released two celebrated albums, ‘Glorio’ (2009) and ‘Eximo’ (2013), where shadows shift seamlessly, and solitary folk songs stretch and unfold into expansive dreamscapes before finding their way easily back to themselves. Her third album Southerly will be released on Little Lake Records in late 2018. See more at https://mckisko.bandcamp.com.

Nathan Shepherdson is the author of five books of poetry. He has won a number of awards including the Josephine Ulrick Poetry Prize, The Newcastle Poetry Prize and the Arts Queensland Val Vallis Award. His first book Sweeping the Light Back Back into the Mirror (UQP) received the Arts Queensland Thomas Shapcott Poetry Prize and The Mary Gilmore Award. He has a particular interest in the visual arts and has collaborated with artists such as Alun Leach-Jones and Arryn Snowball. Nathan is the son of the painter Gordon Shepherdson. His most recent title UN/SPOOL (with Pascalle Burton) was a response to the work of film maker Maya Deren.
