Description

Experience the oldest living culture through Aboriginal Art

Join an Aboriginal Guide for an art class inspired by traditional Aboriginal art concepts and the environment around you.

Using materials provided – including sticks, ochre, grasses and bark as well as paints and natural brushes, you will create a unique piece of art to take home with you.

For the month of May the Aboriginal Art Class will also be featured each Saturday from 1:00 - 3:00 as part of the Garden Art Month. Bookings essential.

Where: Meet at the Learning Centre, The Royal Botanic Gardens. Enter via Woolloomooloo Gate
Upcoming Dates: 4th March, 1st April, each Saturday in May, 8th April 2017
Aboriginal Art Class as part of Garden Art Month: Each Saturday in May - 6th, 13th, 20th, 27th
Time: 1:00pm - 3:00pm
Who: Suitable for all ages – no experience required
Cost: $39 per person
