Yes, meal options need to be selected and submitted at least 30 days before the event. We will contact you with a meal pre-order form to gather your choices. Please ensure your selections are submitted on time to help us prepare accordingly.

If your menu form is not submitted by the 30 day prior to the event deadline, your meal will be selected for you and we will be unable to cater for any dietary requests.

Under no circumstances do we allow guests to bring their own drinks (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic) onto the premises.

A cloakroom will be available for guests to leave belongings free of charge. Please note, we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to items left in the cloakroom.

This event is strictly 18+ only.

We’re located in the beautiful Mendip Hills. Take Junction 22 off the M5 for the most direct route via the A38, then turn onto Old Church Road at Cross village. Please ignore Sat Nav shortcuts through the countryside and follow the main road for easy access.

Yes, taxis can drop off right outside the venue in our car park. However, please note that taxis must be booked and organized directly by you. If you need any assistance with booking, feel free to contact us!

The ticket price includes the 3-course meal and live entertainment. Drinks and hotel rooms are not included and are available for an additional charge. If you'd like to book a room or add any drinks to your experience, please contact us for more details.

Tickets and hotel rooms must be booked separately, as we don’t offer combined packages. However, we do have a special discount code for hotel stays — use code LATONA when booking directly through our hotel website to receive a reduced rate. Let us know if you need help with either booking!
