Special thanks to the event organizers:

AAUW is the nation’s leading voice promoting equity and education for women and girls. Since 1881, AAUW members have examined and taken positions on the fundamental issues of the day — educational, social, economic, and political. AAUW continues to advance equity for women and girls through advocacy, education, philanthropy, and research.

The Friends of the Commission on the Status of Women organizes events in the community to raise public awareness and funding for work of the San Francisco Commission and Department on the Status of Women. Our three focus areas are stopping violence against women, eliminating human trafficking and promoting gender equality.

Women’s Global Leadership Initiative (WGLI), works toward creating a world where every woman can lead with courage, confidence, and clarity. Through mentoring, professional networks and expert career training, our graduates become knowledgeable, confident and committed leaders — women who defy limits to transform the future and ignite community change

Immaculate Conception Academy (ICA Cristo Rey), a Catholic college preparatory school, educates young women for a life of faith, integrity, and service.  As a Cristo Rey school in the Dominican tradition, the school is committed to providing both excellent education and meaningful corporate work study experiences to students of limited financial resources.
