Legal issues are potentially all around your startup and could potentially drain all your energy, and money, if you’re not careful. You are hereby invited to the AAU Inkubator event: Legal & Startups!
This semester AAU Inkubator is hosting another great line of events designated to help students develop their ideas and succeed in their startup conquest. This event deals with the hot topic of legal aspects.
Whether you have registered your company, or you are a group of people working in the basement as a startup, you might already have wandered down a path that has legal consequences. This might be you taking on the risk in solidarity with you co-founders, whether you wish to or not, or it might be you overlooking financial benefits as of corporate structure in the critical starting phase of your startups life. On the 12th of October, Anders Bredgaard from Advokatfirmaet.dk will give you knowledge and guidance in the process of starting up and developing your company. Anders will tell you about 'pro’s and cons’' of different legal decisions and non-decisions.
So bring your best questions, legal issues and ideas to this event - and learn a lot more about you and your startups risks and possibilities. With this workshop you will get knowledge on how and why you need to think about stuff such as shareholders agreements, SPAM and marketing, and getting hold of your IP. You get a chance to get acquainted with different legal frameworks, and get a chance to discuss with fellow students and experts!
At the end of the event you will have the chance to network with fellow entrepreneurs and students, and discuss your current challenges.
