  • Required: Bring workout gear (shirts, shorts, running shoes / weight lifting shoes)
  • Optional: Paper and pen (you will be jotting a lot of notes)

  • 9:00 - 10:00 - AAS Introduction, Assessment Tools, Structural Balance
  • 10:00 - 10:10 - Break
  • 10:10 - 11:30 - Structural Balance Continued & Phase 1
  • 11:30 - 12:25 - Lunch / Homework Time
  • 12:30 - 4:30 - Olympic Weightlifting Competency with Pierre Roy
  • 4:30 - 5:00 - Closing, Q&A
  • 5:45 - 8:00 - OPTIONAL Dinner (TBA) - Reservation is required.

Sunday

  • 9:00 - 9:40 - Phase 1 & Periodization of AAS
  • 9:40 - 9:50 - Break
  • 9:50 - 12:15 - Phase 1 Training
  • 12:15 - 1:10 - Lunch
  • 1:10 - 2:30 - Phase 2, 3, and 4 (Peak)
  • 2:30 - 4:30 - Phase 1, Day 2 Training
  • 4:30 - 6:00 - Closing, Q&A

Monday (Optional Bonus - Select Few)

  • Live Demo on Implementation of AAS with Athletes
  • Shadow / One Day Internship at LPS Athletic Centre
