With Phase 1 of The Wharf thriving as one of DC’s most popular neighborhoods to live, work, eat, shop, and visit, construction is underway to complete this world-class, mile-long waterfront experience. Phase 2 will deliver an additional 1.15 million square feet of mixed-use spaces, including a marina, office, residential, retail, as well as parks and public spaces to the District’s Southwest Waterfront.
