A meeting between Finnish star chef Sasu Laukkonen from Helsinki's celebrated Chef & Sommelier restaurant, and New York's premier purveyor of authentic Danish cuisine with a contemporary twist Carl Kristian Frederiksen at Aamanns Copenhagen.
For two nights only, Aaamanns Copenhagen becomes Aamanns Helsinki - where Carl and Sasu experiment with the meeting between the two culinary traditions.
