AAK Weekday Training (All Ages and Skill Levels)
All American Kicking's Weekday Training Program
All American Kicking is proud to offer a weekly group kicking training program.
Each session involves:
- 1.5 hours of Kicking!
- 30 Minutes of Kicking Specific Conditioning!
- 1 hour of Kicking Specific Weight Training (Optional)
- On field video analysis!
- Weekly workout sheets
- Tuesdays - 4pm-6pm Punting/Kickoffs, 6pm-7pm Conditioning
- Wednesdays -4pm-6pm - Field Goals/Kickoffs, 6pm-7pm Conditioning
What is provided:
- Holders, Kicking Blocks, Kicking Tees
- Conditioning training equipment
- Weekly Goal Sheets
What you should provide:
- If possible, your team's Snapper & Holder is welcome to attend free of charge!
