We will meet at Petite Violette on March 7, 2023, at 7:00 p.m. for a nice dinner. Price per person includes a salad, your choice of entrée, a dessert and coffee or tea.

Chicken "Cordon Bleu": Chicken Breast stuffed with Poultry Ham & Swiss Cheese, served with a Lemon Butter Sauce
Grilled salmon: Fresh Filet of Salmon served on a bed of Rice Pilaf and topped with Basil Butter
Boeuf Bourguignon: Braised Beef Short Rib served with Whipped Potatoes, Carrots, Pearl Onions and Mushrooms in a Burgundy Sauce
Tagliatelle and Fresh Vegetables: Tagliatelle Pasta, Asparagus, Tomato, Mushroom, Parmesan tossed in EVOO

AAIT is a non-profit organization and the Georgia chapter of the American Translators Association (ATA). AAIT serves as the link to Atlanta’s international community, and the world.
Our Mission:
- To promote the professions of Translation and Interpretation, and to support their competency, skills, proficiency, and expertise.
- To facilitate and procure continuing education and skills building programs for interpreters and translators in Georgia.
- To provide language resources to individuals, businesses, organizations, and government agencies in the local and international community.
