Event Details

NOTE:  Meeting has been rescheduled from February 16 to February 23.

SPEAKER:

Bob Pugh, CFA, CFP

President and Founder, Insight Wealth Management, Inc.

TITLE:

Syncing the Cycles: Economic and Market Cycles in Investment Planning

DESCRIPTION:

Investors sometimes think that they should wait until the next recession to pull back risk exposure, or until the next recovery to add risk exposure. However, by the time recession or recovery occurs, the train has already left the station. Markets are leading indicators of the economic cycle rather than the other way around.  Moreover, these cycles are irregular and not perfectly synced.  In this presentation, Bob Pugh will "sync" your understanding of these cycles and discuss how that understanding of these cycles can be applied to your investment analysis.  He will conclude the program with a review of current economic and market expectations for the year ahead; additionally, a robust Q&A session is planned, so bring any and all questions!

ATTEND THIS MEETING TO LEARN:

  • Gain a keen understanding of business and market cycles, and how they relate to each other
  • How you can successfully use business and market cycle analysis in your investment planning
  • Hear the current Insight Wealth Management economic and market outlook for the year ahead
