On Saturday, December 17, 2016 the Panhandle Area will hold a Athletics and Soccer Coaches Training for anyone interested in becoming a certified Special Olympics coach.
No previous experience is necessary. This Level I training will focus on the basic skills and strategies of the sport.The course will include a classroom session, as well as a practical portion, so please wear clothes that will allow for mild physical activity.
Before attending training, coaches must complete a Class A Volunteer Application, as well as two online trainings--General Orientation and Protective Behaviors.
