In this hands-on fine dining workshop, you’ll learn to craft two exquisite winter dishes that blend global inspiration with seasonal ingredients:

*Moroccan Mist with Miso – A soul-warming stew that fuses Moroccan spices with Japanese umami, layered with root vegetables, shiitake mushrooms, and a velvety coconut broth.

*Wild Mushroom & Chestnut Wellington – A golden puff pastry filled with earthy mushrooms and roasted chestnuts, served with parsnip purée and a red wine shallot reduction.
