Join us this spring for a truly special experience: a week of cooking and cognac with Maggy Paul-Martinet in the beautiful French region of Charente – home to the world-famous Cognac, and home to Maggy herself.

The week has been designed to strike just the right balance between time in the kitchen and time to yourself – between cookery classes and rest and relaxation.

There will be daily sessions with Maggy learning about local produce and cuisine, and instruction in the preparation of authentic Charentais dishes, some inspired by, others infused with Cognac.

There will also be visits to local markets, and to the beautiful town of Cognac with its many famous local distilleries.

The location for this special experience is the luxurious ‘Logis du Paradis’, itself a former distillery full of history and heritage nestled in the Cognac countryside.
