A Very Special NYEvening

Another great presentation by Red Tie Arts as a fundraiser to help us with our goals. SEE BELOW
Join RTA and the Barkin' Dog Grill as we bring you an evening of great music, wonderful food, new friends, fun and a nice wine and beer selection.
The evening will feature the music of award winning Bay Area band "The David Correa Group" who last time I checked was #39 on the smooth jazz charts.
Recording Artist David Correa has been entertaining audiences since 1999 with its passionate and distinctive blend of instrumental Latin Guitar World Fusion. Blending the Spanish guitar with Afro-Cuban and Latin rhythms from Old Mexico & Central America. His music is reminiscent of artists such as Ottmar Liebert, Jesse Cook, Shahin & Sepehr, Govi, Armik, Young & Rollins, Behzad, Luis Villegas, Novamenco and Benise.
Dinner will be from the standard faire menu as well as some great specials for the evening. There will be, or course, a "Champagne" toast at midnight followed by each of you getting on stage and confessing your biggist sins of 2016. OK, just kidding about the last part.
Red Tie Arts, a 501( c )( 3 ) California Corporation
RTA is a non-profit corporation that celebrates the arts by presenting quality artists to the community as well as raising money to assist exceptional aspiring young artists who need financial assistance to pursue their art. Founders Jerry Cooper and John Griswold have been producing concerts since the mid 90's. Recently they realized they could raise money from the shows to help young artists achieve their dreams and have a path to pursue a career in the arts.
RTA will start awarding grants for young artists in early 2017. Preliminary, grants will be for underprivileged children identified by their teachers as having talent in music. As we grow, RTA will expand to support children pursuing dance, performance, and visual arts. Please help us support these young aspiring artists by attending a show, making a donation, and spread the word!
Thank You, the officers and board of Red Tie Arts, Modesto, CA
