A Taste of South East Asia: cooking class at The Pink Cook

Bring Thai, Cambodian and Vietnamese food to your dinner table with ease. Learn the secret to making an authentic Thai curry at home plus a few other regional classics including stir fry vegetables, pork and prawn BBQ and the dipping sauces to accompany them. We will talk about where to shop for the best ingredients and what short cuts can be taken to still keep an authentic taste.
The Pink Cook will supply everything you need to make your Asian banquet, that we will all enjoy for lunch at the end of the class.
You will take home the recipes and the confidence to cook Asian food at home for your friends and family.

Suitable clothing and covered shoes are recommended. We provide aprons and all equipment and a take home container if needed. Classes are for 18yrs and over.
