Event description
The Scottish food industry, post Brexit. What will it mean for producers and consumers?

About this Event

The "Taste of Scotland" event will be discussing what will happen to the Scottish food-producing sectors post Brexit and we will hear directly from those involved. There will be speakers from the farming and fishing community: James Fairlie , a livestock farmer from Perthshire, Heather Anderson, an organic farmer from the Borders and Christian Allard, MEP. They will be talking about how it will affect them - and us as consumers- when we crash out of Europe , deal or no deal!

The first half of the evening will be for our speakers, then there will be a break followed by a question and answer session. We'll have Scottish producers offering samples of their wares and there will be a free buffet of Scottish deliciousness!

This event is free of charge, though a donation towards running costs would be most welcome
