Zachary Schaffer is the Executive Director of the Council of Young Jewish Presidents and the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Roots, a grassroots coexistence movement of Israelis and Palestinians in the West Bank. He mediates difficult conversations across divides as a facilitator with Resetting the Table. He has trained thousands of people around the country in depolarization, Zionism, the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, and storytelling.
