A Taste of Foutta Djallon is a series of dining events celebrating the cuisine and culture of the Western African Fulani people. The 2019 tour will take place in select cities in North America, Europe and West Africa.

We invite you to come experience the community, love and culture of the Fulani during the #ToFDTour. Enjoy vibrant seasonal dishes inspired by Fulani roots, using gourmet techniques; intimate conversations, cooking classes, family style dining and a traditional Dine on a Mat experience.
