Icons live forever....they never age.

This "meating" is a study in time in the most famous iconic New York City dining location 21 Club.

Chef Sylvain Delpique And Nick Solares will collaberating on a very special menu of meat.

Some of the Secretary of Steak's ponderings to be answered.....

How does steak's flavor change with dry aging time?

What happens to the most famous scotch when it gets older?

Does wine pair better with older steak then younger?

This dinner will be a case study in the progression of age, beef aged between zero to 100 day dry aged and scotch aged for over 2 decades.

Our favorite Scotch will be serving a progessive flight of age and deliciousness while we celebrate the glorious beast.

21 Club's main dining room will be the backdrop to this epic evening.

While 21 Club's history speaks for itself, this dinner will be another chapter in the storied history of these walls.

A very special after smoke will be at the Grand Havana Room (next to 21 Club) with open bar!

Nat Sherman International will be highlighting some of their amazing cigars to be smoked with other "steaksman".

Stories will be told and many memories created this evening.

Additionally, we may have some live auctions and we will be surrounded by the most beautiful time pieces in the world from Panerai watches with a portion of sales going to directly to our charity partner, Joseph M. Sinzari Children's Hospital Hackensack University Medical Center.
