TICKETS
The suggested ticket price is $25, but you choose your price. It costs about $25 a ticket to create the show and pay the artists. To make accessible art, we’re selling tickets through a pay-what-you-can model. Each dollar over $25 helps include someone who can't afford it.
Choose the cost you can afford: $10, $25, $50, $100
A Story Beyond was created and presented with the generous support of the Massachusetts Cultural Council and the Boston Cultural Council.
CARD TO CULTURE DISCOUNTS
We are proud to participate in the Card to Culture program, a collaboration between Mass Cultural Council and the Department of Transitional Assistance, the Women, Infants & Children (WIC) Nutrition Program, and the Massachusetts Health Connector, by breaking down the financial barriers to cultural programming.
Card to Culture lets EBT, WIC, and ConnectorCare card holders purchase tickets to Foundry-held performances for $5 each. See the complete list of participating organizations offering EBT, WIC, and ConnectorCare discounts.
Eligible participants can purchase the "Card to Culture Discount" ticket option for these shows. Please be mindful there are limited number of tickets per show. Please bring with you the relevant card (Card to Culture, EBT, WIC) that signifies you're part of the program so we can verify your ticket!
JOIN AN EPIC QUEST!
A young heroine struggles to save her village from the looming Dark Cloud. The stories we tell create the reality we live, in an original fable told with music, masks, and puppetry.
A Story Beyond features a new score by Nathan Leigh and dynamic puppetry by Faye Dupras. Inspired by folklore from around the world, A Story Beyond is a new fable for our time.
TELL A STORY, CHANGE THE WORLD.
ACCESSIBILITY
Each performance will feature live captions. The performance will be held in the STEAM Set, which is on the first floor of the building. The building has both a staircase and an elevator. There are two accessible parking spaces directly in front of the building.
