A Spirited Luncheon with Maker's Mark

Join us for A Spirited Luncheon at The Crunkleton Raleigh featuring Maker's Mark. Start your afternoon off with a welcome cocktail, followed by a guided Maker's Mark tasting led by John McLaughlin (Makers Mark Diplomat), and a decadent lunch paired with an aditional cocktail by Colby Kress.

Lunch Menu:

1st Course

Glazed crispy pork belly
with pimente espelette, bourboned cherries, and cheerwine gastrique.

2nd Course

Amaretto braised beef short ribs
with toasted hazelnut and trumpet mushroom risotto, warm spice jus, and melted leek confit

Sweets Course

Salted caramel crème brûlée
with crispy caramel wafer
