A Somatic Journey into Your Embodied Voice 3-Part Women’s Voice Workshop Series

Step into a deeply nourishing journey of vocal liberation, somatic exploration, and feminine connection. Over three immersive half-day workshops, you’ll gently awaken your true voice, release tension held in the throat and body, and explore the raw, resonant, wild voice that lives within you.

Across this three-month container, you will be held in a small, intimate group (maximum 11 women) as you reconnect with your authentic sound and rediscover the power, wisdom, and healing potential of your embodied voice.

Spaces are limited to 11 women — early booking is strongly recommended.

✓ Release of tension in the jaw, throat, and body

✓ Access to your “wild voice” + intuitive, primal sound

✓ Increased confidence and ease in speaking and singing

✓ A deeper connection to your body, intuition, and feminine energy

✓ A final held experience of sharing your voice in community

✓ Ongoing support inside a private WhatsApp group

Module 1 — Meeting the Voice

10th January · 2:15–6:00pm · Jing (Brighton) Begin by meeting your voice with curiosity and compassion. Through somatics, movement, breath, and energy work, you’ll open to your natural resonance, build a safe and nourishing group field, and reconnect with your voice as a source of healing.

Module 2 — Opening the Voice

7th February · 2:15–6:00pm · Jing Deepen your vocal embodiment as you learn to meet and release tension in the jaw and throat. Explore your innate “creature language” and awaken your “wild voice”—the primal, instinctive sound that lives inside us all.

Module 3 — Sharing the Voice

7th March · 2:15–6:00pm · Jing Integrate everything you’ve cultivated as you meet any remaining blocks to expression with gentleness and presence. Learn tools to channel higher frequencies while singing, and complete your journey with a held, somatic experience of sharing your unique voice.

About Natasha

Natasha re-awakened her voice in 2018 while working with plant medicines in the Amazon of Peru. Having closed it off for two and a half decades, and with many vocal challenges to overcome, she spent the next seven years searching for ways to re-open her voice and allow herself to be seen and heard again. She studied with Ecuadorian shaman Kurikindi for three years, and voice teachers such as Bryony Greenhill, Bethan Lloyd, and Alexandra Rigazzi-Tarling. She discovered Internal Family Systems, somatics, nervous system regulation tools, and brain retraining, and completed an extensive training with Primal Trust. Natasha is a qualified NLP practitioner, a certified sound healer, a student of Family Constellations with Charaka Satyam Danaher, and is currently training with the College of Sound Healing as a Healing Voice Practitioner. She now weaves together the practices that have helped her open her own voice to share them with others. Her debut album is being birthed in 2026.
