…for Families & Caregivers of Children, K-Grade 4 with Special Learning Needs
As a parent or caregiver, you have a key role in your child’s education – one of bridging home with school to give your child the best chance at success. But, it can be difficult to know how best to approach your child’s teacher, principal and other involved staff. You may have questions such as: “How will my child’s teacher keep me informed about how my child is doing on a regular basis? How will my child’s progress be measured? How can I support at home what my child is learning in school?”
The SERC Library, together with educators and family advocates from SERC’s IDEA and Families as Partners initiatives, is pleased to offer this FREE series for parents and caregivers of children, K-Grade 4 with special learning needs. Attend one, two or all three! Space is limited.
