Imagine being in a room with 60 phenomenal women who are achievers, dreamers, visionaries, leaders, owners, and creators! Now imagine yourself socializing with these women over an array of delectable treats while exchanging business cards, project ideas, and hearing encouraging words promoting women empowerment and sisterhood.

The ‘A Seat At The Table’ Women’s Empowerment Luncheon will embody just that. Whether you are a college student, own an organization, are an aspiring brand/business owner or simply a phenomenal woman who values the idea of women networking with and uplifting one another, this event is something you definitely wouldn’t want to miss. Come prepared with your flyest business attire and with your business cards and note pads in hand because we have an extensive line-up of icebreakers, team building exercises, raffles and phenomenal guest speakers. All proceeds from the raffles and ticket sales will be donated to the Project KWEEN Foundation scholarship program.

Project K.W.E.E.N

Project K.W.E.E.N is an organization structured to educate, empower, and inspire girls of all ages, ethnicities, and cultures. The Project K.W.E.E.N foundation promotes self-love, sisterhood, scholarship, and service. Helping all girls love the skin that they are in and provide them with resources to better themselves, their families, and their communities. Our mission is to provide resources that will help empower, inspire, and educate women of all ages, colors, and backgrounds. Project K.W.E.E.N will implement a variety of programs into urban and low-income communities that will work endlessly to promote confidence, job training, scholarship funds, community service projects, afterschool and summer camp programs, Little and Big sister programs, and different forms of counseling.

Project K.W.E.E.N Scholarship

The PK Foundation is proud to offer financial assistance to 2 outstanding female students who attend schools in both Middlesex and Union County, and will be incoming freshmen at a community college, 4-year college or university, or technical school. The PK Foundation Scholarship is open to female, graduating high school seniors with a minimum 3.0 GPA. Selected scholars will receive a mentor and a one-year merit scholarship of up to $6,000 for the 2018-2019 school year, which will be used to cover the costs of tuition and fees, on-campus room and board and required textbooks purchased from the school. The funds are applied in the fall and spring semesters at $3,000 per semester.
