Event description

Description

EXACT DATE TBD

In this year-long series of talks, we investigate the influence of hope in therapy and personal change.

Hope is at the center of all personal change. You can't change without it. Yet we tend to relegate hope to the spiritual realm, separated from the secular work of therapy. In this series, we bring hope down to earth, defining it, giving it shape and weight, exploring its central therapeutic force.

Our aim is to inspire participants to engage in thinking and exploring about how to integrate hope-based approaches
to their work. Through a series of talks, it will serve to inform participants of theories and practices that help bridge
the significant gap between therapeutic models and the value of hope as the central driver toward personal change.
