Event description

Description

A ROAD MAP TO PURPOSEFUL CLINICAL SUPERVISION

4 CE's Available

Presented by:

Dr. Kelly Bass, LCSW-PIP

This training is designed to develop competent supervisors by focusing on clinical supervision, hands-on application for individuals seeking to reflect on their work supervisory practice and move beyond challenges that may be interfering in their capacity to work effectively. It considers the intentions and assumptions underpinning how supervisors can position the professionals they supervise as the experts in their own practice. This training will pay particular attention to how supervisors characterize their own professional stories of work and life through the language and discourse they use. It will offer participants conversational maps that can be used to assist supervisees to re-author their stories in ways that are more congruent with their commitment to client services.
