Description

Violence is the new plague! On behalf of St. Philip Neri Catholic Church and Josef Michael Carr, we are pleased to have the honor of inviting you to A Requiem for the Victims of Violence Concert on Sunday, October 1, 2017 from 4 pm to 6 pm located at 2132 E. 72nd Street, Chicago, Illinois, 60649.

The St. Philip Neri Chamber Players with Internationally Renowned Special Guest Violin Soloist, Rachel Barton Pine, will perform classical music masterworks by JS Bach, Vivaldi and Samuel Barber. The invited keynote address will be given by Chris Kennedy, Founder of Top Box Foods, Inc.

Families who have been impacted by violence in Chicago are encouraged to attend. The concert is a fundraising event for the Instruments of Peace Venture Philanthropy Fund of the Archdiocese of Chicago. All proceeds will be donated to the Archdiocese of Chicago.
