The culinary team of A Mano Restaurant and Bar (Syracuse, NY) will have limited time to make a four course family-style mystery meal using a mystery box of pastured meat and organic produce from Grindstone Farm (Pulaski NY). Expect anything BUT the menu for a night of extra innovative food.

The goal is to put Syracuse NY on the map as a foodie destination while innovating and cleaning up our food systems. Dinner is strictly limited to 55-60 guests and reservations are required in advance as our events typically sell out. We only visit each restaurant once for a unique opportunity to experience the talent of our favorite local chefs "beyond their menu" with unlimited culinary creativity. Some seats are already reserved in advance for press, photographers, social media bloggers, staff of The City of Syraucse - Office of The Mayor, and our partner sponsors and farmers. Previous guests have included staff from Bon Appettit Magazine and Fine Cooking Magazine.

Chef Lauren Markowitz and Chef Alex Fiacchi prior to relocating to Syracuse were cheffin' it up in the greater Philadelphia area where they both cooked throughout the city, working in restaurants with multiple James Beard awards and named "Top 100 Restaurants in the Country". After leaving Philly they spent most of 2016 travelling through Italy experiencing and working on sustainable small farms, learning about the hyper focused farm-to-table cooking commonly found all throughout Italy. Chef Noah Fiacchi previously was cranking out nationally acclaimed pizzas at Apizza Regionale (Voted #2 in USA Today's search for the best pizza in NY)
