Free training for School Age Childcare providers in the Southern Childcare Partnership area.

About this event

An interactive workshop on how to use the wonders of play and storytelling to support children to self-regulate.

This workshop will explore the causes of anxiety and how it presents in children. It will present an overview on how to support children’s emotional well-being using play and how to recognise when external help is needed. Please join us for a serious topic covered in a fun and interesting way.

Training facilitators: Fiona Lovely and Samantha Porciello.

* This training is open to School Age Childcare providers based in the Southern Health & Social Care Trust and Southern Childcare Partnership area ONLY.

Please note: Places are limited to two people per setting, and will be filled on a first come, first served basis. If the event is fully booked please add your name to the waiting list or email frances.walsh@playboard.co.uk and you will be contacted if a place becomes available.
