Event description

Description

Please join us for the next in a series of learning labs with community providers, teachers, vision specialists, school personnel, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, family members and caregivers.

In this Knowledge Hub we will explore different light sources and ways to use light to stimulate a visual response. We will focus on how light can change how objects and images are perceived. Light, such as a backlit display, a computer screen, flashlghts and light boxes, can all help draw visual attention and make looking easier.

Come interact and exchange ideas with therapists at the Perlman Center and others caring for children with CVI.

FAQs

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

Parking is available off Burnet Avenue in the Cincinnati Children's Visitor Lot. Once entering the lot park near Location E for closer proximity to the Perlman Center. Plan to come a few minutes early to allow for parking.
