Event description
Seeking Peace and Hope Together in the Age of Covid 19: A conversation with Rt Hon Helen Clark

About this Event

Join us for our 17th Annual Open Peace Lecture which will host a conversation with the Rt Hon Helen Clark, former Prime Minister of New Zealand and patron of the Religious Diversity Centre Aotearoa. There will be a panel of 3 persons representing the Muslim, Christian, and Jewish faiths. There will be a facilitated conversation between the panelists and Helen Clark followed by a Q&A time with the audience.

We will pause for approximately 5 minutes around 8:00 for those of the muslim faith to leave for prayer.

Supper will follow the event at All Saints' Anglican Church (786 Cumberland St)

Maximum capacity for the event will depend on Covid-19 alert level. Details will be sent out closer to the event time. There will be an overflow room in Archway and the conversation will be live streamed.

This event is hosted by the Dunedin Abrahamic Interfaith Group and the Otago Tertiary Chaplaincy.
