PAUSD’s Wellness & Support Services Department is partnering with AACI to offer a nine-week series focused on supporting families. 这个课程包含以下内容：

• How to use screen time in appropriate ways

Week 6(11/17/2020)：怎样运用正面来塑造行为

• Use positive reinforcement to shape children’s behaviors

Week 7(12/1/2020)：青少年发展的青春期对孩子的影响

• How Puberty plays out in Teen’s development?

Week 8(12/8/2020): 如何控制家长自己的情绪以及应对孩子的情绪

• Manage your own emotions and respond to your children’s strong emotions.

Week 9(12/15/2020): Parenting技能综合运用

• Integration of parenting skills

欢迎家长和监护人来注册每周二的课程。或者通过现场Zoom的形式参与，如果时间不允许也可以通过会后来看录像（录像剪切需要一段时间）。这个工作坊是由PAUSD和AACI共同协助完成。这个工作坊将由AACI的咨询师来带领，主要面向的群体初中和高中的家庭。家长可以选择参加您感兴趣的主题，如果条件不允许，不需要参加9周的课程。

Parents and guardians are invited to register for the Webinar Series, Tuesdays which will be held in Mandarin. Once you register you will receive a link to join live or receive access to a recording of each session. This workshop is sponsored in partnership with the Department of Wellness and Support Services at Palo Alto Unified School District and AACI. This workshop will be conducted by AACI Counselors and is Open to all Families of K-12. However, some parts of the workshops are tailored specifically to families of Middle school and High school age students. Participants can choose to attend the classes that they are interested in and do not have to attend all 9 Workshops.
