About this event
You are cordially invited to our Inaugural Gala & Auction on Thursday, June 23rd, 2022 at 6:30 pm at the Lakeview Fellowship Center as we feature the artwork of our EPIC students and enjoy a delicious dinner & silent auction as we celebrate 5+ years of service.
This event will feature something for everyone ages 8 and above.
The theme and attire for this year is A Night to Be EPIC featuring our blue and gold. All proceeds will go towards our mission to enrich, enhance, and empower home education in the community.
We have a variety of levels in which you can participate and attend. Participating artists get 30% off the ticketed price. Please see more below.
INDIVIDUAL TICKETS
In addition to enjoying a delicious dinner, here are additional options for the individual ticket. Please note that prices increase on June 17.
- Kids $25 - Receive a complimentary bag filled with goodies.
- Regular Adults $50 - Receive a complimentary bag filled with goodies.
- Blue Sponsor $99 - In addition to all of the above, Blue Sponsors get to put an item in the complimentary goody bag, and their business displayed on our website for one year.
- Gold Sponsor $250 - In addition to all of the above, Gold Sponsors get two minutes to share something on stage as well as be able to display on a vendor table.
TABLE SPONSORS
All table sponsors get up to 6 tickets (we will contact you regarding tickets to give you a free code for the additional tickets). Here are additional options.
- Kids Table Sponsor $125 - The Table Sponsor's name is displayed on the dinner table, their business displayed on our website for one year, and the sponsor gets to put an item in the goody bag.
- Adult Table Sponsor $250 - The Table Sponsor's name is displayed on the dinner table, their business displayed on our website for one year, and the sponsor gets to put an item in the goody bag.
- Blue Table Sponsor $500 - In addition to all of the above, Blue Sponsors get to put an item in the complimentary goody bag, and their business is displayed on our website for one year.
- Gold Sponsors $1,000 - In addition to all of the above, Gold Sponsors get two minutes to share something on stage as well as be able to display on the vendor table.
ABOUT THE AUCTION
This auction will be one of a kind as it will feature the artwork of all of our students.
We will also have additional items online to auction off such as 4 complimentary tickets to Callaway Gardens to name a few. Our silent auction website is now live. Click here to access or go to www.epichsn.org/auction. Items will continue to be added up to 10 days before the auction.
PARTICIPATING ARTISTS
