What will be involved

Intention setting, reflection and then powerful emotional release breathwork

What will I need to bring?

A mat if some sort for lying on, comfortable clothing, maybe a small blanket or jacket for cover and even a small pillow or cushion if you have it. The object is for you to be warm and comfortable for a full breathwork session.

How long will this last?

From start to finish it will be 2 hours, doors will open at 6pm and we will start at 6.30pm doors will be closed for entry shortly after that so get yourself down in plenty time.

Power, release, emotions, clarity, vision.. in truth expect the unexpected as there is no rule book to this. Anything can happen and it is all down to you.
