My Life took a turn for the worst in 2014. I loss my mother and lost myself at the same time. I became depressed and gained more than 40lbs. In March 2016, my mother came to me in a dream and said in so many words "Its Time to Get Yourself together" Those few words gave me strength, inspiration and clarity that helped me to snap out of my downward spiral. I began a workout regimen that helped me come out of my depression and lost all the weight. Now, I want to help you with a fresh start to become "A New You"

"A New You" Fitness Camp Trainer Kirkland Hall
Kirkland Hall is a Houston Native. His personal fitness journey started at a young age being that he was an aspiring football player. In 2007 his aspiring football career came to an abrupt halt due to the diagnosis of Crohn's disease. After graduating from Sam Houston State University he begin Learning and researching over the next few years and he would develop the passion to help others reach their maximum potential in health and fitness goals. He is certified by the National Federation of Personal Trainers and also the National Academy of Sports Medicine. In 2014, he developed the desire of bodybuilding after realizing his competitive spirit was still burning. He has qualified nationally on more than one occasion in the bodybuilding circuits around the nation. He believes that when you work hard it's hard to stop you but when you mix it with faith, stopping you becomes impossible.
