Mr. Termini started his career in western New York where he was immersed in the day-to-day activities of his family’s real estate development and management company. His first real-estate related job, as a young boy, was working as a construction laborer. After relocating to California in 2003, Mr. Termini landed a job with The Corky McMillin Company, at the time a leading privately owned real estate development firm specializing in both residential master planned communities and commercial properties. He was a key member of the McMillin team that masterminded and implemented the redevelopment plan for the much anticipated Liberty Station, the former Naval Training Center which is now a major San Diego hub and mixed-use development.
