Does the session involve swimming or bathing in water?

No not at all! It is just about immersing ourselves quietly in nature.

No pets please - this is a time for you to focus on yourself, your surroundings and connect with nature.

Do I need any specific clothing or equipment to take part?

Once you book a place, I will be in touch with information about what to wear and bring so you are as comfortable as possible during the session.

What is the terrain like?

There is an incline to reach the meadow and woodland. We do walk slowly, however, the terrain is not suitable for wheelchairs or anyone with mobility difficulties.

Refunds are made up to 7 days before the event. Eventbrite's fee is non-refundable. We can move your booking to another day if you give at least 48hrs notice.
