Description

The PBK Alpha Association of Colorado cordially invites you to join fellow Colorado Phi Betes at the CU Denver Tivoli Center for "A Milliennial's Guide to Money Matters." While retirement may feel like a long way off as a recent college graduate, your twenties are the best time to start planning for the future. Come learn abut 401(k)'s and IRA's so that you know how to best take advantage of these great employer sponsored retirement benefits. Diane Palese, Treasure of the Phi Beta Kappa Alpha Association, will share her expertise on these invaluable employer sponsored benefits. Following her presentation, network and share your money management tips and tricks with fellow Phi Betes. Light refreshments and appetizers will be provided.

About Diane Palese:

Diane Palese (Bucknell University, BA Economics, 1985, PBK Mu Chapter of Pennsylvania), has an MBA in Finance from University of Colorado, Denver, is currently the Treasurer of the Alpha Association. About the Phi Beta Kappa Key Connections Events

On September 6-9, Phi Beta Kappa will host the second Key Connections, an event series designed to welcome recent Phi Beta Kappa members, in over 20 cities across the country. Hosted by Phi Beta Kappa alumni associations, these events will offer recently inducted and young professional members a chance to network with their peers and get to know other Phi Beta Kappa members in their community. Local associations provide an opportunity to expand professional connections, take advantage of cultural opportunities, learn about a wide array of topics in engaging and creative ways, and give back through scholarship programs and other activities. Learn more and see all participating cities at www.pbk.org/KeyConnections.
