Description

Enjoy a late afternoon tipple with good friends in an intimate cabaret setting and come see A Merry Fascist Christmas, a show that makes fun of, well, everything, and has nothing to do with the holidays!

With songs from Fascism, The Musical by William Missouri Downs & Sean Stone, you can't go wrong with clever satire and tongue-in-cheek levity and in the midst of December's hustle and bustle. We guarantee you'll be humming and ho-ho-ho'ing all the way home!

William Missouri Downs has had 150 productions of his plays from The Kennedy Center to The San Diego Rep and won a dozen writing awards including two rolling premieres from the National New Play Network. He’s twice been a finalist at the Eugene O’Neill. Samuel French and Playscripts have published his plays. In addition he’s published four books including The Art Of Theatre, Wadsworth. In Hollywood he wrote for several NBC shows including Fresh Prince Of Bel Air and My Two Dads.

Sean Stone has his MFA in musical theatre writing from NYU. He is the creator of the award-winning musicals Good Morning Athens and Be Like Joe. Other musicals include Angry Psycho Princesses, Rainy Day People and Song of the Sea. He composes for numerous dance works, including a full-length steam-punk ballet of Dracula. He also works as an actor, director, musical director, and remixer, and his music has been featured at The Kennedy Center, The Lincoln Center, and The Weston Playhouse. Off-Broadway: A Tree Grows in Brooklyn, and The Apple Tree. Off-Off-Broadway: Be Like Joe and Make Cake Not War.
