Come hear the firsthand account of the barriers faced by a foster and adoptive mother to care for her children and the law she authored in an effort to bring about changes for thousands of children and families throughout the state of Arizona.

This bill was developed to ensure easier, better access to behavioral health care services for foster and adopted children from Arizona.
