This session is perfect for new mums looking to strengthen their core and regain flexibility in a safe and supportive environment. This gentle yet effective class is designed specifically for postpartum women to support recovery after birth. Using the Reformer machine, we focus on rebuilding core strength, improving posture, pelvic floor activation, and releasing tension in the neck, shoulders, and hips.

Our experienced instructor from LevelOut will guide you through a series of exercises designed to target postpartum recovery. Better yet, there is on-site childcare meaning you can work out with peace of mind that your little one is being looked after.

Whether you’re six weeks or six months postnatal, this class offers a safe, supportive space to reconnect with your body and regain strength at your own pace.

Don't miss this opportunity to connect with other mums on the same journey as you.

We've got a long way to go, let's get started!

Note: There will be two classes on Saturday 23rd August (1.30-2.15pm and 2.30pm-3.15pm). Ensure you arrive at least 10 minutes before the classes.

This is a non-refundable ticket.
