A Journey into Sound, Balance & Renewal
Overview
A Journey into Sound, Balance & Renewal
In a world that pulls us outward and leaves us ungrounded, it can be difficult to find true rest. The mind won’t quieten, the body holds too much, and we long for a deeper connection to ourselves.
This Conscious Voice & Gong Healing evening offers a sanctuary to pause, soften, and realign. Through layers of gong, live voice, and guided imagery, you’ll be held in a space that restores balance and touches the stillness waiting within.
This journey is held by three guiding threads that open the door to deeper rest and lasting realignment:
Engagement of the Senses — Guided imagery carried on waves of sound engages both sides of the brain, creating balance and harmony that is rarely reached in daily life. From this state, a new depth of clarity and presence becomes possible.
Multiple Frequencies — Gong, instruments, and voice weave together in layers of vibration, working on different levels of your being to support release, restoration, and the chance to experience yourself anew.
Earth Connection — By consciously inviting the presence of the earth into the journey, you leave not only rested, but with an anchor you can draw on in daily life — something steady, alive, and always available.
This evening is an invitation to:
— Experience deep rest and renewal
— Activate your inner knowing
— Leave with insight and resources that extend beyond the session

The Facilitators
Natalie Matos: Natalie is a singer-songwriter, healer, and coach with over 20 years of experience supporting transformation through music, energy work, and personal development. The creator of Conscious Voice, she weaves together voice, guided imagery, and intuitive healing to open spaces of deep rest, clarity, and renewal. Her work is rooted in both training — as a Reiki Master and coach — and lived experience, shaped by years of music, ceremony, and collaboration with indigenous traditions in Brazil and Colombia. Natalie’s approach is gentle yet powerful: creating spaces where sound becomes a medicine and each person is invited back into connection with themselves.
Paul Hulyer-Mcqueen
Paul first encountered the gong in 2008, alongside his discovery of Kundalini yoga. Both practices resonated deeply, bringing lasting benefits and a sense of alignment that inspired him to train as a Kundalini yoga teacher and gong player in 2012. Since then, he has continued to explore and expand his craft, collaborating widely and keeping his approach both fresh and fun. What has guided him most is the consistent, positive feedback from those attending his sessions.
