Bikini and swimsuit season is closing in! Want to learn more about eating healthy while supporting a local Fairfield business? Join VFW Post 7925 and John Pistacchio of Ab Whisperer -- a healthy meal delivery service based here in Fairfield. We will have a "fireside chat" about John's journey to a healthier lifestyle after losing 83 pounds which started his path to creating a meal delivery service utilizing his degree in exercise and nutrition.
John and his small team now prepares 800-900 meals on a weekly basis through his thriving business and now helps others on their own journey to better health through fresh, delicious and healthy portioned meals. Delivered straight to your home!
After the chat, John will answer any questions the audience has about diet and exercise and close out the evening with a complementary tasting of some of his meals.
