- Understand the need for your grief
This workshop is designed to provide you tools to take a deeper look into what your experience is guiding you toward. Whether you are experiencing the loss of a loved one who has passed on, a break up, changing of a job, end of a friendship. Whether you are recovering from an injury that has put you on the bench of the sport you've loved. No matter what or who it is you are experiencing pain from, this workshop is here to support you through it. Painful experiences can be very difficult, it never comes alone; in most cases these experiences are also combined with many other emotions, i.e.: depression, anger, guilt, shame, and more. People often feel isolated and alone in their challenging times. Once we learn the meaning and purpose of our challenging times, it becomes an experience we can learn to appreciate.
