The talent pool across sectors is rapidly diversifying. In order to build a more sustainable future, we must develop a talent pipeline that supports more diversity in leadership. Learn from Tania Ibarra, President of Latino Professionals Association, and Nestor Rodriguez, Program Director of Talent Connections, ​about strategies to foster intentional mentorship, coaching, and sponsorship in your workplace. Through interactive activities and peer-learning, explore your own goals and influence in the talent development pipeline.

Gain new insight, skills and connections with over 90 local businesses across 20+ unique sectors. Come to share ideas, hear stories, learn from case studies, and connect with other businesses interested in sustainability.
