A Funny Finish: Susan Rice!

Susan Rice is a surprise. No one expects her to be the comic. She looks like she's just wandered in from another party looking for free booze or got lost. When she takes the stage there is a twitter in the room and once they realize she's not going to lecture them or give testimony everyone relaxes.

After many years of performing, stand up gives her an edge to read a crowd quickly and she does not put anyone on the spot that is not willing to play. It's all good natured fun.

She's appeared on HBO, Showtime, ABC, Portlandia. She won Portland's Funniest Person competition.
