About this Event

Join us at the WTS inaugural event in the Diversity & Inclusion series, ‘A Frank Conversation at the Intersection of Sex and Race in the Workplace’. The Diversity & Inclusion series is a platform focused on engaging and celebrating our growing community of professionals of all abilities, cultural backgrounds, and sexual and gender identities, regardless of national origin.

Hear from Therese McMillan, Michele Johnson, Ratna Amin, Jennifer Mennucci, and Tiffany Chu, and their candid experiences as women of color rising in the ranks of the transportation industry. We’ll explore the intersectionality of race and sex in the workplace, as told through their stories, and how these leaders have not only made significant impacts in their profession but on the women around them.

Amanda Townsend, CEO of BOLDCHANGE and an international public speaker, success coach, and business leader, will facilitate the discussion.

WTS is committed to providing a safe space for diversity and inclusion to thrive. WTS is promoting an event series focused on highlighting the experiences and insights of the diverse leaders that make our professional community strong and vibrant. Each event will elevate an equally important and different topic and is intended to be an educational resource for professionals in the transportation industry and beyond.

Please note: No refunds. Your RSVP is a financial commitment.
