Join us for a Day of Slow Living, and spend some time revitalizing your spirit and refreshing your life.
The day will begin with delicious green juice and herbal tea from the SunRaven gardens, followed by a introduction to Slow Medicine Dr. Finkelstein. The rest of the day will be devoted to Slow Living and self-car, with a walk through the early Spring garden to awaken our senses and revitilizes our cells. Next we will enjoy nutritious, seasonal, organic, garden vegetables prepared by Dr. Finkelstein in the SunRaven kitchen. Following lunch, we will discuss our version of "spring forward," - stepping into our authentic being by setting intentions for the new season ahead.
